Portland Bike Hub

Created as part of my Advanced Human-Computer Interaction course, this group project challenged us to build a digital resource that supports safer, more confident biking in Portland. We applied user-centered design methods, from initial research and interviews to sketching, prototyping, and usability testing.

My contributions focused on content strategy, visual cohesion, and storytelling. I created the design sketches, wireframes, and journey mapping for the site's structure and helped shape how information is presented to newer or hesitant riders. The final site includes a simplified trip planner, safety resources, local highlights, and a set of community-driven design recommendations.

This project strengthened my skills in user research, iterative design, information architecture, and accessible visual communication. It also taught me how to synthesize diverse feedback into a focused product vision.
